Tear film stability on contact lenses as an early prediction of contact lens-induced dry eye

The project duration is August 1st, 2012 - June 30st, 2015
The research within the project is performed by Dorota Szczęsna-Iskander, PhD at the Institute of Physics, Wrocław University of Technology, and funded by the Parent Bridge programme (POMOST) of the Foundation for Polish Science and cofinanced from European Regional Development Fund within Innovative Economy Operational Programme.
The work will be done in collaboration with Prof. Michael Collins from Queensland University of Technology, Brisbane, Australia.
Within the project a scholarship for diploma students will be offered. Students will be selected in a competitive procedure. The potential candidates are cordially invited to see my recruitment page and to submit their applications.
